Cooking and entertaining for friends and family is fun and makes me happy...so I try to cook something special everyday (well almost) and entertain frequently.

No cooking last night, thanks to a great friend who sent over a delicious chilli dinner with cornbread. The chili had black olives in it, really interesting!
